Honorable Mr. President
The land previously belonging to the Real Estate Association now belongs to the Presidency of the Sect
having been contested by the lawyer for several years, and the lawsuit that ⟦...⟧
to evict it was being followed by the lawyer Jamil Matloub, and upon the liquidation of the association
it was authorized by the courts and the liquidation decision, and it was purchased under the responsibility of the lawyer
her father, Professor Salman Al-Kabir.
The residents of this land had filed three lawsuits against the Presidency of
the Sect, and I appointed the lawyer Jamil Matloub at the time and paid
him half of the fee, which was estimated at 27 Dinars, and the lawyer is demanding
this by requesting the other half due to the dismissal of the lawsuit
The lawsuit was dismissed due to the absence of the plaintiffs' representative ⟦...⟧ and it has
been verified that the plaintiffs were not notified of the judgment decision, and therefore
the case has not acquired finality. I informed the lawyer of this
but he insisted that his fees for this lawsuit are due
and that he will leave it delayed because of the inability to pay the rest of
the fees until the lawsuit acquires finality.
2- Given the importance of the case, the President of the Sect has entrusted
the eviction lawsuit to the lawyer Nuri Abdul Wahab
Please review and confirm not to pay the lawyer's fees until the
lawsuit acquires the degree of finality and conclusion
