His Excellency the Director of Police of Al-Hilla District, Respected.
After greetings,
We wish to present to your Excellency that the girl named Budour (Badriya) daughter of Hayu, aged
fourteen years, who works as a maid in the house of Mr. Ibrahim Moshi Khalaschi in Al-Kifl sub-district, has
left her employer's house around ten-thirty on the morning of Saturday, 10/11/51
and has not returned. Since the aforementioned has no family and in view of her minor age, the presidency of this community requests
your Excellency to kindly order a search for her, noting that the description of the missing person has been listed by
the competent authorities in Al-Kifl sub-district based on a report made by her employer on 10/11/951.
Please accept, your Excellency, the assurances of our highest respect.

To the presence of the honorable, glorious, and respected Mr. Eliyahu Ezra Khedhouri
After offering the obligatory greetings and much respect, we inquire about your well-being, and as for us, praise be to God.
Furthermore, we inform your presence that the son of Badriya Habu's side, who was with us, Ibrahim Moshi, has died
in Kifl after I received him and he entered my house for one night, and this is because he was possessed.
After conducting examinations and an inspection, nothing noteworthy appeared on his body, and he was buried in the religion of Islam despite us.
Since Ibrahim Moshi has with him about one hundred dinars along with a gold bracelet, a watch, clothes,
and other things, and the deceased Ibrahim had donated the payment of the money and other things, knowing that he had received
his due from Habu, as for the rest of the money and other things he has,
I hope from your kindness that you would be so good as to instruct Ibrahim Moshi to pay all the money he has
and other things, and then whatever is appropriate for you to spend on charitable works, as he has now become in God's protection
and my protection. Convey our greetings to Mr. Nassim and all the children, and urge Hajj Nuri
to accept your greetings, and I await the answer quickly with the document.
Sincerely,
Abdul Razzaq al-Hassoun

After greetings and respect
We extend to you our sincere greetings and best wishes. We inform you that this week's schedule
A letter has arrived at the Governorate of Amara Liwa from the Directorate General for the Supervision of the Property of Minors
whose Iraqi citizenship has been revoked, attached with a copy of the Council of Ministers' decision regarding the endowments
of the community in this Liwa, regarding the necessity of seizing them and considering them ⟦considering⟧ frozen, provided that it is taken
into consideration that the butcher's field established for the necessity of freezing it was only due to the confusion occurring in
the matter that had questioned their Iraqi citizenship. We inform you that we know that the house
registered in the municipality was vacated in the year 1948 and there has been no house since that date
rather, the person present was the acting head of the community only, and he manages all affairs here,
the rent for the school belonging to the endowment has not been received since the rent was placed on it until now
just as the school and the rest of the properties, if their rents were collected, their revenue would be about
15 Dinars. Also, the amounts spent on repairing the school which is under testing
were not recovered; rather, the hope was to arrange them upon receiving the rent. At the same time,
certain persons here have notified the poor who have community assistance that there are some poor people
from the residents of Amara in need of your assistance and support for themselves, and that it is necessary
to take the case into consideration and follow up with the responsible departments in this regard. Please accept our sincere
greetings and peace

To His Eminence Rabbi Rawer, the respected Rabbi Yaqub

After greetings and respect
The bearer of this letter is Karmi Shaul Agaba, whom you requested I send to you in order to learn the slaughtering
of sheep for Kosher. When I was in Baghdad, I informed Your Eminence that his mother had passed away and his arrival was postponed.
Now he is ready to travel for the purpose of training him on the slaughtering of sheep for Kosher so that the community in Basra
may be at ease to eat Kosher meat. I hope his mission is completed, and we thank you. Please accept our highest respects.

We, the undersigned, present to you our tragedy of severe distress regarding the absence of
an official teacher to perform the task of slaughtering sheep throughout the past period of approximately nine months.
It has come to our attention that the teacher of Diwaniyah accompanies the army to Basra once a week for one day
only to perform this task. Given that the teacher Gurji Shaul Aghababa, who has trained in
slaughtering sheep with the teacher of Diwaniyah for a period of approximately five months, has gained sufficient experience
to slaughter sheep according to the Mosaic Law.
Therefore, we request permission for him to perform this task, to be the one responsible and bear our sins
for whatever may result, and the matter is yours in advance.
