from now on to the necessity of requesting the civil status records of male and female students in the final grades
and comparing them with the names registered in your records and correcting them from now so that they are
consistent with the civil status record and include the student's name, father's name, and grandfather's name or surname so that
this information is ready for you to submit to us at the appropriate time, complete, correct, and free
from any error or omission. School administrations will be held accountable for every error in the names
that we will be provided with. Please act accordingly.

1 - Not providing school documents by hand to their owners regardless of the circumstances

that may result from erasure and distortion in the grades recorded on the back of
school documents and their titles, as any distortion in them is considered a crime punishable
by law, and the perpetrator is taken to court to receive their punishment, in addition to
expulsion from school and deprivation from it.
3 - Every case related to distortion or forgery of school documents or certificates
is within the jurisdiction of this Ministry (Directorate of General Technical
Affairs - Examinations) and not within the jurisdiction of the Provincial Directors of Education.
4 - This Ministry will take strict measures against every headmaster or headmistress
who falls short in this matter in the future.

Religion be taught to students of official and non-official schools even if the majority of students in the school are
non-Muslims, and a separate grade is given for this subject like other lessons, and it is not permitted to teach any other
subject instead of the prescribed Islamic religion curriculum, and non-Muslim students are exempted from the exam in this subject.

Reference to the third paragraph of the decision of the Council of Education taken in its fifty-first session and notified
to us by the letter of the Secretariat of the Council of Education No. 20 / 2 / 55 on 7 / 1 / 960, which includes the suspension of work
with the Arab Cultural Unity Agreement applied to the first intermediate classes, and the following shall replace it:-
A- The minimum passing grade shall be 50% in all subjects and the maximum (100) for students of the
first intermediate class, and the general total for all lessons of 60% applies to them instead of the grades set
in the Cultural Unity Charter.
B- The written grade for Arabic and English shall be 70% and the oral 30%.
C- As for the general examinations for the primary, third, and fifth preparatory classes, the
instructions issued by the Presidency of the Higher Committee for the Administration of General Examinations shall be followed, which stated that the
minimum passing grade is 50% and the maximum is 100% regardless of the general total.
