Your letter 12905 on 3/5/1959
Since studies in this school usually begin in the last half of October of each year
instead of mid-September due to religious holidays, and considering that you previously agreed to postpone the mid-year
examination in this school from its scheduled date by your letter 393 on 1/3/1959 for the mentioned reason, and since there are
other religious holidays during which our school is closed during the second semester of the school year, which causes
a shortening of the actual study period, and in view of the school administration's keenness to complete the curricula, please approve:-
1- Starting the final exam for the fourth preparatory grade on Sunday, 5/24/59, and finishing it on
Monday, 6/1/1959.
2- Starting the final exam for the non-final grades of the intermediate and primary sections on Sunday,
6/21/1959, and finishing it on Sunday, 6/28/1959. Please accept our highest respect.

the students on their journey and supervise their overnight stay, housing, and behavior during the examination period so that
the administrative order for them can be issued. Also, the accompanying teacher must inform his students of the necessity of bringing pillows
and the necessary covers for their sleep and bringing their books.
4- Confirming paragraph two of our letter No. 1 dated 7 / 3 / 959, we would like to remind you that the deadline
