1- In case of your request to provide your students with preparatory study certificates for graduates of the
fifth secondary classes, we request that you pay for each certificate an amount of (100) one hundred fils, the price of one certificate
and the calligraphy fee, while taking care to record the following information accurately.

2- After the certificates are sent to you, the graduating student fills out the form attached with
the certificate after pasting a photo and a financial stamp of (100) fils (one hundred fils) so that the stamp is pasted
directly below the photo in the upper left side of the certificate in the place opposite the emblem of
the Republic of Iraq, and they are stamped with the school seal, and the principal or headmistress of the school signs on the pasted photo
and the certificate is attached with two additional photos stamped with the school seal and signed on the back, in addition to the
certificate application form.
3- Regarding students who did not participate in the general examinations for preparatory study for the year
1957/1958 and passed according to the "crawling" (automatic promotion) decision, we request that you write to us initially a request for approval
to provide the student covered by the crawling decision with the certificate, and in case your request is answered, you ask us in
another letter to provide him with the certificate along with the form, referring to the number and date of the Ministry of Education's approval letter for that.
Note -
The third paragraph does not at all mean those who actually participated in the
general examinations for preparatory study for the year 1957/1958 regardless of their total marks.
