Terms of Lending for the Cash Allowance
1- Lending shall be at an interest rate of 6% paid in advance.
2- The check shall be in the name of the borrower's recruitment department.
3- The school administration undertakes to deduct the installments from the borrower's salary monthly and send them to the fund under
the name (Cash Allowance Advance).
4- The borrower must be a participant in the fund and one of those who have paid all retirement deductions.
5- The guarantor must be an employee in a formal or semi-formal department, and the guarantor's department undertakes to deduct from the salary of
the guarantor in the event of the borrower's inability or refusal to pay the allowance advance, supported by a confirmation and letter from the department
of the guarantor stating the amount of the guarantor's salary and length of service, in addition to the department's undertaking to deduct the installments.
6- The guarantee form shall be documented by the Notary Public's office.
7- The advance shall be repaid in one year starting from the month in which the advance is paid and in installments
monthly.
