Mr. Accountant
The reason for setting Mr. Heskel's salary at less than the salary he deserved during this period
Is his teaching of approximately half of the scheduled classes in that year.
Please clarify this to the Syndicate, noting that this arrangement took place with the approval
Of the aforementioned person, as the number of vacant lessons was not available to give him
The full quota upon his reappointment.

Subject: Regarding the inquiry about the salary of teacher Heskel Ephraim
Greetings.
Your letter No. (78) dated 6 / 8 / 1971.
The reason for determining the nominal salary of the teacher Heskel Ephraim upon his reappointment in our school
on 8 / 12 / 1963 at (46) Dinars instead of his previous salary is that he was teaching approximately half
of his prescribed hours during the period he taught upon his reappointment for the remainder of the school year
1963 / 1964.
This is with the knowledge that this arrangement took place with the approval of the aforementioned person as the number of vacant hours
was not available to give him a full quota upon his reappointment in our school, since he was appointed late relative to the start
of the mentioned school year after all vacancies for that year had been filled.
Please accept our highest respect.
