Your practice of religious matters stipulated in Article 29 of the Community Regulation No. 36 of 1931 His Eminence Rabbi Daoud son of the respected Rabbi Yaqoub Greetings, We attach herewith a copy of the letter from the Community Leadership No. 52/2702 dated 10/9/1952 sent to the Ministry of Justice the venerable, regarding the request for its approval for you to perform the functions of the Spiritual Council stipulated in Article twenty-nine of the Community Regulation No. 36 of 1931 on an honorary basis, and a copy of the Ministry of Justice letter No. 7/1/19/1 regarding its approval of the aforementioned request for your kind review and to take the necessary action.
