First Party - Mr. Farid Dawood Samra, Chairman of the Administrative Committee of the Israelite Community in Baghdad
(Acting as the Physical Council of the aforementioned community) trustee of the half-share of the
endowed pharmacy by Sasson <del>Hazoum</del> Saleh Daniel. In addition to the mentioned endowment.
Second Party - Lawyers Messrs. Mustafa Al-Ankarli and Ibrahim Hazoum.
By offer and acceptance between the two parties, this agreement has been organized between them according to the following conditions:
( 1 )
The first party has appointed the second party as counsel for the lawsuit filed by him against Mr. Jassim Nariman
regarding the collection of four thousand five hundred dinars as fair rent for the common half-share endowed by the late
Sasson Saleh Daniel from the pharmacy numbered by doors 158/246 located in the Souq al-Ghazal neighborhood
- Jalada Souq al-Attarin - .

The legal fees agreed upon between the two parties, which the second party is entitled to for the aforementioned lawsuit,
is two hundred and seventy dinars, on the basis of six percent of the amount claimed, half of which is paid in advance and the rest
later as specified in the following clause.

The second party has received from Mr. Meer Nekkor, the general agent of the Administrative Committee of the Israelite Community
in Baghdad, the advance half of the legal fees amounting to one hundred and thirty-five dinars in cash, and the delayed half of -
the fee, amounting to one hundred and thirty-five dinars, shall be paid to him by the first party upon the conclusion of the lawsuit and obtaining
a judgment for the full amount claimed, four thousand five hundred dinars, and the judgment gaining final degree,
or if a settlement is reached between the litigating parties, or if the lawsuit is dropped based on the request of the first party.
However, if the judgment is issued for an amount of two thousand two hundred and fifty dinars or less, the second party -
is not entitled to claim more than what was collected in advance. But if the judgment is issued for more than two thousand two hundred and fifty -
dinars, the second party is entitled to collect six percent of the amount exceeding two thousand two hundred and fifty dinars.

Consent and acceptance have been established between the two parties in the manner explained above. This agreement was organized in two copies,
