Colonel Shabib Ahmed Chairman of the Telephone Installation Committee Baghdad After greetings, Last February, we submitted a petition to install a telephone in the house of the Council Secretariat, requested by Bahra Dhale', and it was registered under number 981 and followed up on 1/4/1960. Since a large ⟦illegible⟧ of the applicants have obtained the requested telephones, we contacted the Central Telephone Directorate and did not receive a result despite the passage of about ten months since submitting the petition. Since the installation of the telephone is necessary, we would be pleased if you would kindly order the installation of a telephone in the house numbered 1282 in Al-Hindiya in Karrada Al-Sharqiya in the name of Yaqub Al-Bayaa ⟦illegible⟧ and our receipt is accepted, and with thanks. ⟦illegible⟧ ⟦illegible⟧
