Please note the following:-
1- We enclose herewith check number 922982 dated 4/29/1953 for the amount of 51/675 Dinars (fifty-one Dinars
and six hundred and seventy-five Fils) for the two invoices numbered 2641 and 4636 regarding the two telephones numbered 4618
and 5488. Please provide us with the receipt of delivery.
2- As for the invoices regarding the telephones of Meir Elias Hospital and its affiliated departments; we have instructed its management to fulfill
their obligations to you as quickly as possible.
3- As for the invoice numbered 4526 dated 2/1/1952 regarding telephone number 7838 belonging to the Nouriel School;
since this school has been leased by the Ministry of Education for two years, as it has been occupied by the Secondary School of Commerce,
the amount of 9/681 Dinars should be paid by that school, especially since the mentioned invoice was not sent to us; therefore
please kindly send a second copy of the invoice so that we may audit it.
4- As for the invoice numbered 4975 dated 7/13/1952 regarding telephone number 6146, we have previously explained
to your esteemed directorate in our letters numbered 52/2628, 52/2807, and 56/2873 dated 7/16/1952,
11/6/1952, and 12/16/1952; that the mentioned telephone was installed in the Meir Tweg Synagogue and used by
the facilities of the Travel and Nationality Police Department throughout that period; and we have not received any response from your respected directorate to our letters referred to
above until now.
5- As for the invoice numbered 4172 dated 12/20/1952 regarding telephone number 85085 which was installed
in the Rachel Shahmoon School; this presidency has previously explained to your respected directorate in its letter numbered T / 52/2806
dated 11/6/1952; that the mentioned telephone was removed when the school closed in June 1951
(when the school administration was still present) and since the presidency of this community received the school while it was empty of any telephone,
we requested that this be noted and the invoice recalculated on this basis; and no response has reached us until now.
