I am a young man now twenty-five years old, educated with a simple education. God benefited me in my health in
the year 941, so I was afflicted with (pulmonary tuberculosis). The government sent me at its expense to the Bhannes Sanatorium in Lebanon. I was cured
then I returned after a year. I worked for a person and got married, and I now have three children. The disease returned to me
two years ago, and due to my inability to travel abroad, firstly from the government side and secondly from the side
financial because I am poor and own nothing, I corresponded with the American Medical Association and with the Jewish community in
Switzerland, and they accepted me at their expense there, but I did not travel because of my financial situation as I mentioned. So I contacted the head of
our previous community and spoke to him orally and showed him the medical reports and official letters and asked him to help me
and save my family. After he heard all the family matters from me and saw my situation, His Excellency sent me to one of
the merchants in the market - I do not remember his name now - with a recommendation from him to him to help me. After going to the merchant

my meeting with His Excellency the President. After hearing my statement, as if I were an accused person, he said to me literally (I have money

a brother who is an employee and his salary is like my father's salary and is not enough for him and my mother, and they cannot help me with anything. And I have
a wife and three children as I explained, and what made matters worse is that my wife's mother was afflicted a month ago with cancer

And she is with me now at home and has no husband or brother or anyone, and we have become two people ill with a serious disease, and I am
responsible for managing family affairs in terms of living, medication, and doctors, and I do not possess a single dinar, and I do not know
what to do. My opinion has finally settled on turning to your presence and presenting my tragedy to you for your review on the occasion of the ratification
of the Law of Revocation of Citizenship to petition you, and I beg you to help me and my family regarding travel or otherwise because I believe
that we are older than others and more deserving, and I beg you that we be in the first convoy because we are sick and I fear for my children from
the transmission of my disease's infection to them, and they are poor innocents. Besides this, my paternal aunt is also on the verge of perishing. As for helping us
financially, this is up to your noble person and your known just chivalry. I have not complained to anyone before you
except those I mentioned only, and even those closest to me know nothing about my condition and see me looking sharp in my suit, which
is the only one I own, and in my constant dignity. What is the use of complaining when there is no responder? On this basis, I do not appear in a way
that pains a friend and pleases an enemy, for example.
Your assistance to me and my family, sir, is that you are saving a large family and young children from a certain danger
threatening them as a result of the transmission of the disease to them, in addition to your saving the patient. I wanted to sleep in the isolation
hospital so that I would be far from my family and children out of pity for them, but my family objects. And if I wanted -
to travel abroad now and as I explained above, I have no way, neither in terms of the passport - the passport - nor from
the financial side. Therefore, I am forced to submit a request to revoke the citizenship of myself and my family and we travel, and perhaps abroad

I went to the train station in Maqal to receive two packages belonging to Fadl Pharmacy
in Ashar on a ⟦rented⟧ bicycle on Wednesday morning, April 5th
with a friend near the Al-Maqam bridge, and while I was on my way to the station
there was a bus behind me numbered 1428, and when it came alongside me, the driver came down on me and collided with me

The correspondence regarding your claim for the amount of 539 fils has lasted about two years. This
amount was paid by us to the Port Directorate in Basra on your account against a difference in
port fees on the shipment mentioned above, the bill of lading of which was sent
to us according to your letter dated 10/3/948, and this shipment was actually cleared
by you according to entry permit No. 5405 for the year 948. Please send
this amount to this department as soon as possible so that we can close this case.
