Observations :-
1- We received these properties while they were in a disorganized state regarding rents and taxes, as
the school committee (or the previous administrators) did not hand over any records, lists,
accounts, or anything to assist us in performing this task, and therefore we have ⟦identified⟧
these properties with difficulty and hardship, and we collected some debts, and rented out the properties
that were vacant, bearing in mind that the largest part of the properties in Souq Hanoon, Al-Dawlat, Tatran,
and Ajba, have been vacant since the beginning of the fiscal year.
2- We tried as much as possible to document the rents with contracts signed by the leadership of this
community, but the rapid turnover of tenants brought us great hardship, and we organized
the daily ledger for these rents, but due to time constraints and our lack of full
familiarity with these properties, we were not able to organize their ledgers completely for
those in a sufficiently explanatory way; we hope to be able to do so during the
current fiscal year.
3- It appeared that these properties were indebted for property tax for several past years,
and we have paid all previous demands, while for the current year we paid
the bulk of them. We prepared lists of properties that are vacant or rented for less than the appraised value.
4- We achieved a surplus of 796/778 Dinars.

1- We received these properties while they were in a disturbed state regarding the accounts of rents and taxes, as
the school committee (or the previous law) did not hand over any records, lists, or
accounts or anything else to help us manage this task. Therefore, we identified
these properties with difficulty and hardship, and we collected some debts, and rented the properties
that were vacant. Noting that the largest part of the properties of Souq Hanoun, Al-Alwat Tatran,
and Obeid have been vacant since the beginning of the fiscal year.
