Please be informed that the number of students in the fourth preparatory grade during the 1960/1961 academic year will be very large compared to the number of students in previous years. The same applies to some intermediate and primary classes, which necessitates the construction of three additional classrooms for the purpose of accommodating these students.
In order to be able to start studies in the coming year in a regular manner, it becomes necessary to immediately commence the construction of this number of classrooms. Therefore, I request you to kindly discuss this matter from now so that we have enough time to complete the construction of the classrooms in a timely manner.
On this occasion, I would like to inform you that this administration has a special design for the desired purpose that can be integrated with the project for building residences for foreign teachers, which was previously discussed.
Please decide on this matter as quickly as possible, noting that the design under discussion requires an expenditure of approximately (8000/-) eight thousand dinars. Also, please note that this project is vital and necessary for the future. it has been established on the basis that it will be the beginning of a long-term project that can continue to be implemented for supplementary educational purposes in the future.

The teaching staff met under the chairmanship of the school principal and in the presence of all staff members. After
deliberating on the following issues: - The teaching staff unanimously decided to nominate Mrs. ⟦...⟧
on behalf of the school principal in her absence to manage school affairs and supervise the progress of teaching therein
for the academic year 1964/1965
1- Forming committees of teachers to monitor the application of discipline in the school and supervise the cleanliness of
the school, provide guidance and educational direction to students, supervise the cleanliness of classrooms and yards, and supervise
the operation of the school canteen, supervise student hygiene, monitor their appearance, and guide them educationally.
2- Forming committees of teachers to follow up on student issues, supervise student absences and their lateness
from official working hours, follow up on students' behavioral and educational issues, and supervise the progress of
lessons, follow up on students' academic issues, and supervise monthly and annual examinations.
3- The teaching staff decided to allocate an amount of (10,000 Dinars) from the school budget
to purchase books, stationery, and other school supplies and distribute them to needy students.
