Every Jew who left Iraq with a passport, if he does not return at the end of the period, the Council of Ministers,
based on the proposal of the Minister, may decide to revoke his Iraqi citizenship and his property
shall be disposed of in accordance with Law No. (5) of 1951, and the regulations issued and to be issued thereunder.
The Minister may issue instructions determining the period for the purpose of applying this
article.
