Honorable Secretary An agreement has been reached with the nurse Rahma Ishaq to administer injections to the patients of the community in exchange for a monthly salary of ten dinars. Therefore, I believe it is more appropriate to allocate her a monthly salary, as the fees for administering injections previously amounted to approximately thirty dinars per month.
