b - Supervising the implementation of the contract terms and the designs attached to them by the contractor in accordance with due process and informing the Committee of any violation immediately).
c - Supervising all matters related to the aforementioned constructions for the purpose of protecting the Committee's interest.
Accordingly, we believe after these clarifications that nothing remains ambiguous regarding your mission, which leaves no further justification for this resignation.

Greetings,
The administration of this school has, for more than five years, made arrangements for the purchase of textbooks
whether from the Ministry of Education or from bookstores inside or outside Iraq
to distribute them to students according to the prescribed curricula, in order to facilitate the progress of the study curriculum
properly, and to assist the students and spare them the trouble of searching for them. Since we usually request
quantities estimated by the number of students, which sometimes amounts to a large number, most of the supplying bookstores
grant the school a discount ranging between 5% and 10%. As for the sale prices
to students, they are calculated at the same purchase price excluding the discounts. From this, a surplus arises in the
special account maintained for this purpose. Please approve the payment of these surpluses to the Student Mutual Aid
Committee in this school, which maintains a special account consisting of these surpluses, proceeds from plays,
parties, and other weekly student donations, noting that approximately 30 male and female students
from the needy in this school receive breakfast daily and are provided with school books from this
account.
