British national teacher Mrs. Marjorie Lucille at Frank Iny School and Shamash Secondary School

After greetings,
Based on the requirements of the school's interest, it was necessary to create two additional classes in the primary section
of the school due to the increase in the number of students in the fourth and fifth primary grades to more than fifty
students in each class. Consequently, we have assigned the appointment of both Miss Leone Rahman Lutfi
and Miss Ellen Munshi Daoud; the former to undertake teaching duties, and the latter to supervise the affairs of the clinic,
libraries, and children, and for them to remain after hours if necessary until the departure of all students who are receiving
extra lessons, starting from 26 / 11 / 1959. The salary of Miss Leone
Rahman Lutfi shall be 21 Dinars monthly including cost of living allowances, and the salary of
Miss Ellen Munshi Daoud shall be 25 Dinars monthly including cost of living allowances from the same
date. Note that the subject of this ⟦appointment⟧ was previously discussed with the Schools Committee and they have approved

Since the presidency of the Administrative Committee of this community had leased the two properties with door numbers 443 NY / 1 and 443 C 2 / 1
located in the Al-Sinak district - which are the same two properties with numbers 443 Y / 1 and 443 C / 1 as they are registered in
the attached lease agreement - under a single contract to Mr. Muhammad Salim Ibrahim for an annual rent amount of 1350/- Dinars
for the two mentioned properties combined, and since the assessment mentioned in the notice referred to above is 1200/- Dinars
for the first property and 500/- Dinars for the second property, we therefore request you to kindly reduce the assessment to the actual amount of
