He was also receiving monthly allowances from the esteemed Ministry of Justice in the amount of fifteen Dinars as well, and he submitted his resignation from the membership of the aforementioned court on 27 / 6 / 1950 and his allowances from the Ministry of Justice were cut as of the aforementioned date.
