In accordance with Article (12a) of the amended Bylaws of the Ezra Menahem Daniel Playground Committee dated 11/9/1959,
We attach herewith a copy of the estimated budget for the revenues and expenses of the playground for the current academic year starting
on 1/10/1965 and ending on 30/9/1966, requesting your approval.
1- The budget includes (750/-) Dinars for the installation of all electrical supplies for the playground inside the building
and in all the playground areas as a completely new installation, given that all old installations are worn out
to the extent that they have become a danger to the students.
2- The budget also includes another (750/-) Dinars for paving the basketball court, which has an area of approximately (700)
square meters, noting that paving this court is very necessary and its completion has been delayed for a long time.
3- We will submit the realized budget for the past year 1964/1965 as soon as the playground accounts
for the mentioned ⟦year⟧ are audited by the legal auditors Whinney Murray & Co., noting that the actual expenses
for the past year almost match the estimated expenses approved by your

We attach herewith a copy of the income and expenses account realized for the
Ezra Menahem Daniel Sports Ground from October 1, 1963, until September 30, 1964, as
we also attach a copy of the stadium's financial position as of 30 / 9 / 1964, both duplicated
from the stadium's books which were audited by the members of the stadium committee
and the auditors, Messrs. Whinney Murray & Co.
The salaries and wages of the workers constitute the largest part of the stadium's payments,
as they reached 1462.750 Dinars, in addition to the expenses paid for the purpose
of laying sewers along with painting the stadium building from the inside and outside, replacing old
electrical wires, and various renovations regarding the furniture as well, which cost
1088.083 Dinars.
The stadium committee had borrowed from the Administrative Committee during the year
ending on 30 / 9 / 1964 an amount of 3000/- Dinars, and the
Administrative Committee also paid auditing fees to Messrs. Whinney Murray amounting to 140/- Dinars on behalf of
the stadium for the auditing fees of the past two years, and this amount was included within the expenses
of the year ending on 30 / 9 / 1964.
The total stadium expenses for the above year amounted to 3361.052 Dinars,
while the income was 261.299 Dinars, making the deficit 3099.053 Dinars,
which is requested to be recorded against the endowment of the late Ezra Menahem Daniel.
In this regard, we are pleased to have been able to perform what service we could in the
interest of the public and in implementation of the spirit of the late Ezra Menahem Daniel's endowment.
