Greetings and respect,
I had established alimony for Nazmi Daoud by a legal order, and she traveled to Jerusalem and filed
a lawsuit against me demanding alimony. The Jewish Court decided that my husband should give me ⟦illegible⟧
fifteen dinars, and this decision was coupled with the approval of the Court of Cassation, and I began to pay ⟦illegible⟧
the Execution Department the imposed alimony. I have approached the court and requested a trial ⟦illegible⟧
to reduce the alimony due to the deterioration of the financial situation and consequently ⟦illegible⟧
my inability to pay this alimony. The Sharia Court of the Jewish Community did not ⟦illegible⟧
with the legal notifications and did not set a day for the hearing at the time when ⟦illegible⟧ is being held
Jerusalem according to the notification to me directly. While the lawsuit was filed, the husband was notified ⟦illegible⟧
and did not show a day for the hearing. Nevertheless, I am ready to marry my fiancée and live ⟦illegible⟧
Egypt, whether by my going to Jerusalem or by her coming to Iraq ⟦illegible⟧
Baghdad ⟦illegible⟧ upon the government's approval ⟦illegible⟧ ⟦illegible⟧
⟦illegible⟧ that the reason for dropping the alimony is based on her being ill ⟦illegible⟧
and her residence in Jerusalem ⟦illegible⟧ and that it has ceased. Therefore, I request my referral to the court ⟦illegible⟧
to reconsider the case ⟦illegible⟧ and issue a decision forcing her to reside ⟦illegible⟧
Iraq and dropping her right to the four alimonies and considering her disobedient. This is for you ⟦illegible⟧

Greetings and respect,
I have previously submitted a request to enroll my daughter in the Raya School this
year because my age has exceeded the legal age, and since I have not received a response until now,
I hope you will kindly approve the enrollment of my aforementioned daughter. Since the
financial situation does not allow me to pay any amount whatsoever, as I am among the poor and needy,
I ask your Excellency to accept my aforementioned daughter for free and facilitate her matter, and I thank you.
