to process a legal alimony for him without there being a justification for that, as
he understood from the Israeli Religious Court that the marital relations
leading to it are existing between the husband and wife as desired, and thus
his goal from this arrangement, as is not hidden from your position, is to obstruct
the payment of debts owed by him to creditors like myself. So I beg for an investigation
