Honorable Vice President,
Statement Lists
1- Previously, the statement lists were audited and certified by
Rabbi Daoud Shaul Shamash, and this certification was carried out after matching
the lists with the copies of the statements deposited with the Religious Court.
It is noted from the recent lists that the aforementioned certification was replaced
with the seal of Rabbi Salman Khadhouri Abboudi starting from the list of 5/1/51
(it was noted that the list dated 4/2/51 is not stamped).
Then, starting from the list dated 16/2/51, there is no seal on the lists.
Therefore, I see it as advisable to send someone, and it is best if it is
the community accountant, to audit the lists from 16/2/51 against the statement copies
and examine the period preceding it. I have explained to the accountant how to perform
such an audit.
2- I see it as advisable for your council to take its decision regarding
the list of 9/4/51 amounting to 126/988 Dinars, which
has not been paid.
Sincerely,
⟦signature⟧
Saleh Cohen
1- Agreed that the accountant goes for the audit
