First - A committee is formed of Arabic language teachers in the school and one or two external members who are proficient in
the Arabic language.
Second - The members of this committee assign grades to each essay or story according to the following scale: -

2 - Writing style. | 20
3 - Fulfilling the topic's requirements from a literary perspective and in terms of the subject's significance | 15
4 - Correctness of phrases, their clarity, accuracy, and eloquence. | 20
5 - Observance of the rules of morphology and grammar. | 20
6 - The writing being free of spelling errors. | 15

General Notes: -
1 - The topic is given to the contestants by the school administration.
2 - The topic is written inside the school under the supervision of the administration and teachers.
