Their compositions were given as usual to a number of judges for each to assign the mark that each composition deserves according to certain standards stipulated in the system for awarding ⟦Shapour⟧ Cohen report prizes and other prizes. After collecting the marks assigned by these judges, the result showed that the students whose names are listed above were approximately equal. To avoid further deliberation on this matter, it was decided to summon these students and ask them to write again on another topic. Second - The members of this committee shall assign grades to each essay or story according to the following scale:- Maximum Grade 1- Method of starting the topic, its treatment, and the method of ending it. | 10 2- Writing style. | 20 3- Fulfilling the topic's requirements from a literary perspective and in terms of the topic's significance. | 15 4- Correctness of phrases, their clarity, and their accuracy with eloquence. | 20 5- Observance of the rules of morphology and grammar. | 20 6- Freedom of writing from spelling errors. | 15 Total | 100 General Notes:- 1- The topic is given to the contestants by the school administration. 2- The topic is written inside the school under the supervision of the administration and teachers. 3- A specific time may be set for writing the topic and the number of words may be determined approximately or they may not be determined, giving the student sufficient space to write. 4- If the time is not limited, students are allowed to take short breaks when needed. 5- Contestants are allowed to use a dictionary if they wish. 6- The winner of the prize allocated for this competition must obtain at least 60% of the grade. at least. ⟦illegible⟧
