The duration of isolation for a patient infected with infectious diseases
1— Measles: During the period of fever and skin rash
Returns to school after complete recovery and total disappearance of the rash
and scales on the skin
2— Mumps: The patient is isolated until the swelling disappears completely
Returns to school two weeks after the date the swelling appeared
3— Whooping Cough (Pertussis): The patient is isolated for a period of one month
Returns to school 4 weeks after the date of infection, starting
from the first cough
4— Para-measles (Roseola): The patient is isolated for a period of one week
Returns to school one week after the appearance of the rash
5— Diphtheria: The patient is isolated for 14 days starting from the date of appearance
of the pseudo-membrane
6— German Measles (Rubella): The patient is isolated for a period of one week
Returns to school one week after the appearance of the rash
7— Typhoid: The patient is isolated until total recovery
Smallpox infection: The patient is isolated for two weeks starting from the appearance of the rash
And is not allowed to enter the classroom unless a medical certificate is presented confirming total recovery after ten days have passed

approximately 20 days starting from the first day the fever appears)
2- Mumps:
The infected person is isolated for 14 days starting from the day the mumps appear.
3- Whooping Cough:
The infected person is isolated for 5 weeks starting from the day the cough begins.
4- Chickenpox:
The infected person is isolated for 15 days starting from the appearance of the rash.
Note: A bit of leniency is possible after ten days have passed.

The infected person is isolated until two clear test results appear after culture.
6- German Measles (Rubella):
Leniency is possible given that it is beneficial for a girl to contract this disease before
she gets married. However, it is dangerous for a pregnant woman to be exposed to it.

The infection lasts for a week after infection, approximately one or four days before
