2 - The reasons for issuing the decision are: -
Upon conducting the local inspection and investigation, it appeared that this parcel was used as a cemetery for burying Jewish dead, and no registration was found for it in the Title Deed Department, nor did anyone claim it. Therefore, I decided to register it as Waqf Sahih in the name of the President of the Israeli Spiritual Council in his official capacity afresh, in accordance with Article nine of the Land Rights Settlement Law No. 29 of 1938.
