Reference to your letter No. 27166 dated 15/7/1972 regarding the internal
regulations of the Ezra Menahem Daniel Club.
There is no club by the name of Ezra Menahem Daniel Club, but rather there was a sports field
affiliated with the Mosaic schools named the Ezra Menahem Daniel Field. This field was endowed
by the late Ezra Menahem Daniel under the Waqf deed issued by the Personal Status Court
in Baghdad No. 115/148 dated 14/7/1949 (a photocopied version of which is attached herewith).
The trustee is the Administrative Committee for Iraqi Jews, acting in place of the Communal Council.
Since the Mosaic schools are affiliated with the Administrative Committee for Iraqi Jews,
and the field is a branch of these schools, it does not have any specific regulations, just as the Ministry of Defense,
upon taking over the field, received the furniture from the secretary of the Mosaic Community under
the specific minutes.

Reference to your letter No. 27166 dated 15/7/1972 regarding the internal
regulations of the Ezra Menahem Daniel Club.
There is no club by the name of Ezra Menahem Daniel Club, but rather there was a sports field
affiliated with the Jewish schools named the Ezra Menahem Daniel Field. This field was endowed
by the late Ezra Menahem Daniel according to the endowment deed issued by the Personal Status Court
in Baghdad under number 115/148 and dated 14/7/1946 (a photocopied version of which is attached herewith).
The trustee is the Administrative Committee for Iraqi Jews, acting in place of the Lay Council.
Since the Jewish schools are affiliated with the Administrative Committee for Iraqi Jews
and the field is a branch of these schools, it does not have any special regulations, just as the Ministry of Defense,
upon receiving the field, received the furniture from the Secretary of the Jewish Community according to
