The mentioned plot of land is an endowment and leased by long-term lease to
the tenants Mr. Muhammad Ja'far al-Kamal and Jalil Naji according to the permission of the Personal Status Court
in Baghdad under number 48/S/64 and date 27/5/1964 .
Additionally, each of the plots with sequences 22/21, 21/23, 21/24, 21/25,
21/38, 21/39, 21/40, and 21/41—all of these plots, including plot 21/22,
are endowed according to the legal deed 45/23 dated 25/2/1945 issued by the Court of
Personal Status in Baghdad, and all of them are leased by long-term lease except for the plot
21/38 according to the deeds of the Personal Status Court in Baghdad under number 49/S/64 date 27/5/64
and 66/S/66 date 11/8/66 and 69/S/64 date 11/7/64 and 70/S/64 date
11/7/64 and 73/S/64 date 22/7/64 and 95/S/65 date 22/9/1965 .
