1- The property is not registered in the Real Estate Registration records and is subject to the renewed registration decrees according to the letter of the Real Estate Registration Directorate in Dohuk No. 502 on 26/3/1973, and it is a synagogue for the Mosaic community and has vanished according to the intelligence available to this Secretariat, the latest of which is the letter of Dohuk Governorate - Revenues No. 3312 on 10/4/1976.
2- The above property was expropriated by the Municipality of Dohuk in the primary lawsuit No. 1973/75 Dohuk Court of First Instance, and the expropriation compensation amounting to (1066/880) (one thousand sixty-six dinars and eight hundred eighty fils) was sent via check No. 42/59666 on 10/6/1976 to your Ministry along with the letter of the court of subject matter No. 1973/B/75 on 12/6/1976, which was sent by you to the Directorate of General Accounts via your above letter.
Therefore, please review and inform us about the entity that allocated the property subject of the above correspondence to make it a synagogue for the Jewish people in that area, with appreciation.
