The Jewish Religious Court of the Holy City Baghdad, may it be rebuilt and established speedily in our days The Jewish Spiritual Court in Baghdad JEWISH RELIGIOUS COURT BAGHDAD No.: 151 Date: 15 Sivan Year: 5692 Correction of a judgment issued by the court of the Holy City of Baghdad Since on the 22nd day of the month of Adar II, 5689, a judgment was written between the applicant Menachem Sasson and the respondent Lulu daughter of Yitzhak bin Zakai, and in section B of the aforementioned judgment, it was mistakenly written that the aforementioned respondent must pay the applicant a sum of 112 Rupees and a sum of 1000 Rupees as a mortgage on the house of the aforementioned respondent, and the applicant must return to the respondent the aforementioned house. Now it has become clear to the court that the aforementioned sum of 1000 Rupees is an absolute error and the correct amount is 2000 Rupees, and therefore it was decided to correct the aforementioned error and write 2000 Rupees.
