Before us, we the undersigned Beth Din, today, Friday the 18th of the month of Kislev in the year 5684 of the creation,
Mr. Habiba daughter of Menashe son of Abraham appeared before us on one side, and Ms. Rachel daughter of Isaac son of Abraham on the second side. And they confessed before us a complete,
valid, and public confession that of their own free and complete will, without any coercion or compulsion in the world, each of them has waived to the other all claims and arguments
that they have against their fellow, and that they have reached a complete and absolute compromise between them after which there is nothing. And they took upon themselves with a complete and whole acquisition via a kerchief,
not as a mere promise and not as document templates, by canceling all notifications and notifications of notifications until the end of all notifications and disqualifying their witnesses. And everything that was done
between them was done according to the law and according to the Halacha. And as proof we have signed here in Baghdad on the day mentioned above.
