Dear Mr. ⟦Honorable Saleh Sayon Dwek⟧, guardian of student ⟦Ibrahim Saleh Dwek⟧
From Grade: ⟦Sixth Preparatory (Scientific)⟧
Please be informed that based on the absences of your son / daughter from school, the
total points deducted from his / her attendance marks until the date of ⟦16 / 2 / 1971⟧ has reached
( ⟦10⟧ ) points. The school administration would like to inform you that Article (47) of the
Secondary Schools Regulation No. (60) of 1968, as amended by the
Secondary Schools Regulation Amendment No. (63) of 1969 regarding school
absences, states the following:
"The full attendance score is considered one hundred for each year. Two points are deducted from the
attendance score for every day a student is absent without a legitimate excuse. A student's absence for every four
separate lessons is considered equivalent to one day of absence. A student is considered to have failed in
their grade if fifty-one points or more are deducted from their attendance, provided that the guardian is notified
when ten points or more are deducted, and is inquired about the reasons for the absence. It is not permissible
for a student to participate in the final exam if their absences exceed forty-five school
days, regardless of the excuses."
Please take note of this and cooperate with the administration in monitoring your son / daughter and urging him /
her not to be absent from school in the future.
Date: ⟦8 / 4 / 1971⟧
