attendance marks for each day the student is absent without a legitimate excuse, and a student's absence for every four
separate lessons is considered equivalent to one day's absence, and the student is considered to have failed in
his class if fifty-one marks or more are deducted from his attendance, provided that his guardian is notified
when ten marks or more are deducted and inquired about the reasons for the absence, and it is not permitted
for the student to participate in the final exam if his absences exceed forty-five school
days regardless of the excuses."
