Reference to your letter No. 164 / 12 / 12 dated 20 / 2 / 1941.
Mr. Muhammad Hussein denied knowing the visa applicants, Mr. Abdullah
and his brother Mr. Abu al-Qasim. As for the second witness, he confirmed his knowledge of them. Since
the aforementioned persons have previously performed pilgrimage rituals many times, therefore
the competent Iraqi authorities did not agree to allow them to enter Iraq at
the present time. Therefore, please do not grant them the visa.
