General Examinations No. 233 dated 6/20/1966 at eight o'clock in the morning. Please take the necessary actions.
Any error or oversight occurring during its reading or announcement to the students will be the responsibility
of the school administration.

Based on the requirements of the public interest, it was decided as follows:-
1- Examination centers for primary studies for the school year 65 / 966, Second
Session, shall be according to the attached tables.
2- Ministerial general examinations shall begin exactly at eight o'clock on the morning of Thursday
corresponding to September 1, 1966, according to the schedule notified to schools by our letter No. 29107
dated June 26, 1966.
3- School administrations whose buildings have been designated as examination centers, whether governmental,
private, or foreign, must prepare school desks, halls, and classrooms well before the exam
time. They must be perfectly clean, and school administrations will be held accountable for any neglect in this regard.
4- Students shall be notified from now regarding the examination centers, and it shall be announced on the school bulletin board.

statement to each student health physician for health supervision
at the examination centers.
Presidency of Health of the Baghdad Brigade - Please notify the clinics and health
centers where student health clinics are not available for the purpose of
health supervision at the examination centers.
Baghdad Brigade Police Directorate (15 copies) Please allocate a sufficient number of
police officers to maintain order and the integrity of the general examinations.
Head of Equipment Observers - Mr. Khalil Al-Qaisi, please prepare the halls
and their desks and prepare the examination booklets and stationary for the centers with
note of the following:
1- The examination booklets and stamps are to be distributed to the center directors in exchange for
a written receipt of their number.
2- Keep the examination booklets in safe places with you and take care of them
and take the necessary measures to prevent them from being leaked outside.
3- Please retrieve the surplus examination booklets from the directors of the centers.
