The Personal Status Court in Baghdad, convened on 18 / 9 / 1965 by its judge Mr.
Shaker Al-Alousi, authorized to adjudicate in the name of the people, recorded the following:
In the year 1955, the woman named Farha, daughter of Saleh al-Ani, from the daughters of the Mosaic community,
and from the Al-Dahhana neighborhood in Baghdad, passed away. Her legal inheritance was restricted to her eldest maternal cousins: the male Salman
and the females Hanini, Habiba, and Lulu, the children of Moshi Sopher from his wife Khatoun, daughter of Abdullah Sopher,
who died before the aforementioned Farha. Then, in the year 1951, Hanini, daughter of the aforementioned Moshi Sopher, passed away.
Her legal inheritance was restricted to her adult children, Salim, Naeem, Anwar, and the female Margaret, children of Ibrahim
Sabha. Then, in the year 1961, Salman, son of the aforementioned Moshi Sopher, passed away, and his legal inheritance was restricted to his two full
sisters, the aforementioned Habiba and Lulu, and to the children of his sister, the aforementioned Hanini Moshi, who are Salim, Naeem,
Anwar, and the female Margaret, children of Ibrahim Sabha. There are no other heirs, neither from the ancestors, nor the descendants, nor the descendants
of the descendant, as confirmed by the statement issued by the Presidency of the Mosaic Community in Baghdad, No. 867/64,
dated 11 / 6 / 1964, supported by the testimony of the two witnesses, Abdullah Salem and Ibrahim Shaul Yusuf,
and the ratification of one of the heirs, Naeem Ibrahim Sabha. The court verified with the Travel and Nationality Directorate,
the Renunciation Office, the identity of the mentioned heirs. Reply No. 213 was received, dated 22 / 8 / 1965,
stating that both Habiba and Lulu, daughters of Moshi Sopher, have had their Iraqi nationality revoked, and that Salim,
Naeem, Anwar, and Margaret, the children of Ibrahim Sabha, still retain Iraqi nationality, and for each of them,
a non-revocation ID card was validated, as indicated in the aforementioned reply. Therefore, the inheritance matter ⟦...⟧
is correct out of seventy shares: for each of Habiba and Lulu, at an estimation of ⟦one-fifth⟧, fourteen shares
individually, and for each of Salim, Naeem, and Anwar, the sons of Ibrahim Sabha, fourteen shares individually,
and to Margaret, daughter of Ibrahim Sabha, nine shares. Based on the request of the Baquba Conciliation Court No. 2314 / 962,
this distribution of inheritance was drafted and organized in writing on 18 / 9 / 1965.

Greetings,
The Revolutionary Command Council has decided to allocate an amount of 150/- Dinars monthly to individuals of our community who have
bank accounts, and the disbursement used to occur at the beginning of each month. However, your honorable Secretariat, for auditing
reasons, instructed the banks to disburse at the end of each month.
I would like to inform you that if an individual among us is late in receiving the allocated amount at the end of
the month for any reason, the bank stops the payment of his entitlement for that month.
What the Revolutionary Command Council decided is an acquired right. Therefore, we request your order to the banks to disburse
the allocated monthly amount, even if the individual is late in receiving it at the end of the month.
