Al-Waziriyah. We hope you will send whatever laboratory physics equipment is available to you, made by the teachers
and students themselves, for the purpose of displaying them in the exhibition, provided that these devices are
in working order and accompanied by a card explaining the name of the device and the name of its maker, and that these devices reach the administration
of the physics course at the aforementioned institute before 6/9/962, and please confirm this to us.

We list below a copy of the instructions issued by the Ministry of Education
regarding transfers in the secondary staff. Please inform the male and female teachers of your schools of their contents.
This directorate will provide those who wish to transfer and meet the conditions with a special form
upon application.

Transfers
⟦line⟧
1- Every male and female teacher has the right to submit a transfer request to any destination through the Governorate Directorate of Education using the special form.
2- Requests are classified by the competent department in the Ministry's office in special registers containing the total points obtained by each male or female teacher requesting transfer. The transfer is carried out according to the majority of points and the existence of a vacancy in each of the branches according to the needs of the governorate to which the transfer requests are submitted.
3- Transfer is carried out on the basis of calculating the points obtained by each applicant according to the following bases:-
a- Two points for each year spent by the transfer applicant in any of the governorate centers.
b- Three points for each year spent by the transfer applicant in any district, sub-district, or village not more than 20 kilometers away from the center of the governorate to which it belongs.
c- Four points for each year spent by the transfer applicant in any district of the Republic of Iraq.
d/ Five points for each year " " " center of a sub-district of " " "
e/ Six points for each year spent by the transfer applicant in a remote or rugged district center, sub-district, or village.
f/ One point is deducted for each year spent by the transfer applicant in their place of birth.
g/ Five points for each transfer applicant whose son or daughter was accepted into an institute or college and was not accepted into the dormitory, provided that this is confirmed by the deanship of the college or institute.
h/ Five points for the female or male teacher who has spent a period of service not exceeding 20 years in the teaching service.
i/ Five points are deducted from the transfer applicant's points if they were punished with a reprimand, three points if they were punished with a warning, and one point if they were given a notice, provided that one of these punishments is still in effect.
4- These points do not apply to administrative transfers required by the interest of the Republic and decided by the Minister of Education.
5- The wife is transferred to her husband's place of work if a vacancy is available for her in her branch. If the vacancies are fewer than the number of married female transfer applicants, those with the most points are transferred.
6- Anyone who provides false information in their form regarding their transfer subject shall be punished with a reprimand.
