We have noticed that some Provincial Education Directorates are still depositing the amounts
allocated for school library purposes, which amount to 20% of school activity donations,
in the provincial treasuries, while the school activity instructions sent within the letter numbered
(61271) and dated 9 / 6 / 1961 stated that all school activity donations
are to be deposited in savings books, and the percentages allocated for scouting, library, and artistic activities are to be spent by
the Central Committee for School Activities after withdrawing them from the post offices. Therefore, there is no need to deposit the
school library percentage of school activity donations in the treasuries; rather, they are treated as
the rest of the allocated percentages of school activity donations are treated, as the depositing of the
school library share of donations was related to the (1000) fils (formerly library donations),
and that method has been abolished, and all school donations have become (Dirham) and are spent for their purposes
according to the percentages determined in the letter above. Please take the necessary action on this basis, as well as
disburse all suspended amounts from (library donations) for previous years for these purposes
after the Ministry of Finance released the freedom to spend them, and you were notified of them previously.

Further to our circular No. 64081 dated 28 / 9 / 1961.
It has come to the knowledge of this Ministry that some of the administrations of private and foreign evening schools have not
adhered to the tuition fees previously decided to be fixed by our above circular, which are at a rate of (10) ten
dinars in intermediate schools and (12) twelve dinars in secondary and preparatory schools in both their branches
scientific and literary, and (14) dinars in commercial preparatory schools.
This is in view of the proximity of the mid-year exams and the possibility of students being asked to pay the second installment

We request emphasizing to the administrations of these schools affiliated to you the necessity of observing what was stated in our aforementioned
