Instructions regarding the statistical form for government libraries for the year 60
1- The library may be public, private, or belonging to one of the government institutions, and the answer to this
question depends on that. This is while school and institute libraries are subject to this census, as it
includes all libraries regardless of the books contained therein.
2) If the statistics concern the year 60, for example, mention the total number of books, magazines, and bulletins on 1/1/60
3) If the statistics concern the year 60, for example, mention the total books, magazines, and bulletins received -
starting from January 1960 until December 31, 1960.
4) Mention the total of books, magazines, and bulletins excluded according to an official document certified by the authority
responsible for the library, as the exclusion in its primary form is the damage that affects books and magazines -
and bulletins, as a result of their use or for other reasons.
And in its second form, it is the loss of those books, magazines, and bulletins because they have become outdated.
5) The answer to this question is given in the same way as the previous questions, as a total sum of all books,
