Based on the approval of His Excellency the Minister of Justice and in view of the absence of the Committee Chairman and the member Eliyahu Kholaschi, Mr. Ezekiel Rahmani
and Naim Waida shall take the place of the aforementioned persons as they received the most votes, during the period of their absence.
