Date 9 / 5 / 1954 His Excellency the Chairman of the Administrative Committee, Respected Subject: The new building on the Waqf land belonging to the Israelite community Numbered 20/94 Qahir Ali In view of the completion of the aforementioned building by the contractor Mr. Alwan Mahmoud in all respects Therefore, I have received the building from him as a temporary handover, as the building is considered received finally after the passing of the maintenance period, which is two months. On this occasion, we invite you to visit the building, as this visit will be one of the most important encouraging factors for us in the future.
