the month of Nisan in the year one thousand nine hundred and forty-five according to the following
conditions.
1- The dowry shall be in the name of the fiancée in the amount of (4000) four thousand dinars
2- The value of the trousseau (clothing) shall be (1000) one thousand dinars
3- The custom in Iraq is to add one-third of the dowry amount and the amount
actually spent for the trousseau (clothing) (even if the spent amount exceeds
