We were obliged to hand over the medications belonging to him upon his departure. I would like to mention that the aforementioned patient was not exemplary in his conduct as a patient, and his discharge was not at the desire of the hospital or his attending physician. As such, we enclose with this letter the invoice for the aforementioned patient and the expenses for accommodation, nursing, and treatment fees; please kindly send them to us.
