I submit herewith the list of Doctor ⟦Sami⟧
for examinations in the clinic and at home for some patients of the community
the period from 14 / 2 / 55 until 22 / 11 / 55 amounting to
240 Dinars, bearing in mind that we have previously agreed with
the Doctor to consider the examination fees as half a Dinar in
the clinic and one Dinar at home. This is starting
from 1 / 7 / 55 where four examinations were found
⟦conducted⟧ before the date of the new agreement, and therefore
the fees for the four are 250 fils only per person instead of 500
fils, and thus the list has been reduced by one Dinar from
the supposed mentioned fee, and I request approval to disburse
239 Dinars instead of 240 Dinars.

After a review of the request from Al-Sammani Hospital to the Doctor

we have stopped sending such cases and we only suffice
with the examination of Doctor Al-Sammani only in his private clinic
