in Baghdad has certified that the attached list is the total of what Moshe Salman Naqqash spent
as funeral expenses for his wife Hajla Eliyahu Junmat, and that these expenses
listed in the aforementioned list are appropriate for the status of the deceased; therefore, it was decided to direct it
to your Excellency to disburse the amount of fifty-nine dinars and four hundred and sixty-two
fils from the estate of the deceased;

who are entitled to the inheritance according to Jewish law, because
my client, the wife of the deceased, and the wife of the deceased are of Iranian nationality.
A fatwa has previously been obtained in another case similar to this one.
