of the rights of her minor children, we requested the aforementioned judgment
appointing a guardian for them, and they are Naeem, Ishaq, Nazla, and Juliet, and the wife of
the sons of Khakham in ⟦...⟧ and if a guardian is not appointed for them in a

To the Honorable Judge of Israeli Personal Status Matters in Baghdad
Presented to the Judge
Since my late father, Khedhouri Khadem, has passed away and left behind minor children
namely Razzouqi, Faraj, and Hanna, and until now no guardian has been appointed
over the aforementioned minors to protect their rights in the real estate and inheritance
Their mother, Khatoun Maryam, is in the Israeli Religious Court in Baghdad, and
time has passed since the concealment of the real estate assets and until now the liability has not been cleared and the remainder
that the minors are in dire need of, therefore it is requested that I be appointed as guardian
As you know the specialty of the Honorable Exemplar and I request regarding the widows
which resembles the guardian, not the head of the Israeli community by his servant
it is important to appoint me as guardian since their mother is in Mecca and regarding the state's affairs
against the heirs and in addition to the estate, and the matter is yours, sir

My husband, Bani Ayada, passed away in our neighborhood residence and left two young daughters
from him, Naeema and Nazira, without a guardian to manage their affairs and protect
their rights. It is my right according to the provisions of religion, as they are in
my custody, to manage their affairs until they reach the age of majority.
Therefore, I have submitted this statement.
