Copy 562 on 17 April 937 Based on the decision of our council numbered 17 dated 17 April 937, we have decided the following :- 562 / 10 / 31 in file 7036 and in the case of establishing guardianship over the minors Shaul, Edouard and Yaqub, the children of Yusuf Effendi Ibrahim Zubaida. Upon review, it was found that the guardian appointed over them was their mother Fahmiya daughter of Daoud Yusuf Lani, and the aforementioned guardian has died according to the death certificate issued by this court under number 4 on 25 May 936. Since the aforementioned minors are in need of someone to manage their affairs, and since their uncle has proposed the appointment of Salim Daoud Lani as a guardian over them, and upon reviewing his identity and eligibility, he was found to be fit to carry out this task. Therefore, we decided to appoint Salim Daoud Lani as a guardian over the aforementioned minors to manage their financial affairs in accordance with the provisions of the Mosaic Law and according to the followed legal procedures.
