Since our deceased Hanwa daughter of so-and-so the Jewess, Yahya Kirkukli, has left
his young children, namely Yahya, who is sixteen years old, and ⟦...⟧
fourteen years of age, and Bahiyya, who is four years old, and the young
girls, namely Hanouna, aged ten years, and Feliba,
aged seven years, and there is no protection for their rights, so-and-so
was appointed as a guardian over them, and their uncle Shua son of Yahya Kirkukli attended
at the will of their mother and because she [wishes] him to be a guardian over his brother's
aforementioned young children, and he has the competence and ability. Accordingly,
we have appointed and established Shua as a guardian over the aforementioned minors, and he
must provide the notification. This statement is in accordance with the provisions of the
