on July 18, 1935, stating that his inheritance was limited to his wife Khatoun
daughter of Jacob Zabli, and his minor sons Jacob, Joseph Hayyim, and Salim, and his minor daughters
Saida, Juliet, and Albertine. The widow of the deceased (Khatoun) mentioned above has informed this court
that the aforementioned husband also has two brothers, namely Haron and Abraham, sons of Jacob
